Eden Boudreau (she/they) is the author of the acclaimed debut memoir Crying Wolf: A Memoir that was featured in the Toronto Star, CBC Books, Hamilton Review of Books, Foreword Reviews and shortlisted for a Lamda Literary Award.

As a queer, neurodivergent woman, born and raised just outside Halifax, NS, Boudreau has pulled from her life experiences when writing for such publications as Today’s Parent, Runner’s World, The Globe & Mail and more. As well as when speaking on both her own podcasts and others, including The Shit No One Tells You About Writing and The Write Minded Podcast, and during live events as a reader and moderator.

Along with storytelling, Boudreau is an accomplished photographer with over fifteen years shooting compelling black and white landscapes from all across North America, powerful portraits and memorable events. Her photos have appeared in the Globe & Mail, the Toronto Star, the Coast and more. Her goal with any photograph is to capture the fragments of time and life that we often over look.

Currently residing in Sutton, Ontario with her three sons, Boudreau is working on her first novel.

Boudreau is represented by Samantha Haywood, at Transatlantic Literary Agency.
